The short version
Pending means waiting for review. Approval checks the current account state and applies the permitted change; rejection records a decision without applying the requested change.
Access starts with your owner
The owner creates a customer profile and provides sign-in details. There is no public self-registration. The owner can manage access status and reset a customer password, so account-specific access problems should go to the person managing your workspace.
Your client workspace is your view of the accounts assigned to you. The owner back office is a separate administrative view for customer access, records and decisions. Seeing a balance in your workspace does not give you permission to change another customer’s records.
A pending request is not a posted change
When an action needs approval, it is saved for review. Do not assume a payment has been applied, a card activated or a setting changed just because the request was successfully submitted. Check its status and the account record.
The owner can inspect a customer’s requests and record an approval or rejection with a reason. The request describes what was asked for; the decision explains what happened next. If your intent changes before review, contact the owner rather than repeatedly submitting the same action.
The account is checked again at approval
An account can change while a request waits. That is why an approved action is checked against the current balances and settings before being applied. For example, card activation requires the linked current account to meet the €10,000 minimum at both request and approval. Meeting it earlier is not enough if the balance is lower when the owner reviews it.
An approval is not a promise of external settlement. The workspace records internal account changes; it has no external payment-service or card-network connection. A scheduled payment also has a further processing step: approving the schedule alone does not move funds.
Read the decision, then check the record
After a decision, return to the relevant account or feature. An approved card request should show the updated card state. An approved balance-changing action should be reflected in the corresponding recorded activity. A rejected request does not apply the requested change.
Loan records have their own workflow. Saving draft terms does not credit an account; approving a loan credits the selected account. Recorded repayments reduce principal only. The current workspace does not collect interest, fees or automatic repayments.
- Open your request and check its status.
- Read the owner’s decision reason when one is shown.
- Check the affected account, card or loan record.
- If the result is unclear, give the owner the request details and ask for a review.
